How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Concreterice Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Take
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Concreterice Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Concreterice Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@concreterice.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.

Tell us about your tree and request an estimate. Independent providers in the San Jose area can follow up, and there is no obligation to hire.
